Kulwant Singh Announces Rs 2 Crore Grant for Mohali Villages Under Rangla Punjab Schem

Kulwant Singh informed that the Punjab Government has released development funds worth Rs 2 crore for villages in the Mohali constituency under the Chief Minister’s “Rangla Punjab” scheme.

Under the initiative, grants have been issued to the panchayats of 39 villages for carrying out various development works aimed at improving local infrastructure and public facilities. In addition, financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh each has been released for the construction of houses for 31 needy families in the constituency.

Kulwant Singh stated that the scheme reflects the Punjab Government’s commitment toward rural development and public welfare under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. He said the government is continuously working to strengthen villages and improve the quality of life for residents across Punjab.

He further described the initiative as an important step toward building a progressive and prosperous Punjab by ensuring that development benefits reach people at the grassroots level.
