Under the Chief Minister’s pilgrimage initiative, Mohali MLA Kulwant Singh flagged off the 8th bus carrying devotees from village Kumbra, Mohali, to Sri Harmandir Sahib.
The scheme is aimed at facilitating pilgrimage visits for residents, especially senior citizens, by providing organized travel arrangements and necessary support. During the journey, all essential facilities are being ensured for the comfort and well-being of the pilgrims.
The initiative reflects a service-oriented approach towards senior citizens, enabling them to undertake religious journeys with ease and dignity. Participants expressed happiness and appreciation, noting that the scheme has made it possible for them to visit sacred places without difficulty. The MLA extended his best wishes to the pilgrims for a safe and fulfilling journey.
