As part of the ongoing Mohali Municipal Corporation election campaign, MLA Kulwant Singh participated in the “Aap Di Sarkar, Aap Da MC” programme in Wards No. 3 and 4 in support of Aam Aadmi Party candidates Bibi Gurmeet Kaur and S.
