AAP Protests Across Punjab Against Commercial LPG Cylinder Price Hike

Leaders and workers of the Aam Aadmi Party held protests across Punjab against the Central Government’s decision to increase the price of commercial LPG cylinders by ₹993, calling the move anti-people and harmful for small businesses and the common public.

Kulwant Singh stated that the continuous rise in prices of essential commodities has already put a heavy burden on citizens, and the latest increase in commercial cylinder prices will further affect shopkeepers, restaurant owners, small businesses, and working families struggling with inflation.

He criticized the BJP-led Central Government for imposing additional financial pressure on the public at a time when people are already dealing with rising costs of living. Kulwant Singh said that the Aam Aadmi Party will continue raising the voice of the common people against policies that increase economic hardship.

Party workers and leaders participating in the protests appealed to the Central Government to immediately roll back the hike in commercial LPG cylinder prices in the interest of the public.
