Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana met residents who reached his office from different parts of SAS Nagar Mohali with their local concerns and problems. The interaction provided citizens an opportunity to directly present their grievances and seek solutions to issues affecting their respective areas.
During the meeting, Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana listened to the concerns of all the residents and took note of the issues raised by them. He assured the people that matters falling within his jurisdiction would be taken up with the concerned authorities and that sincere efforts would be made to resolve them as soon as possible.
The Mayor said that maintaining direct communication with residents is important for understanding problems at the ground level. Such interactions help identify issues in different neighbourhoods and enable the Municipal Corporation to prioritise matters that require attention.
He further emphasised the importance of coordination with the relevant departments for the timely resolution of public grievances. The Mayor assured the residents that their concerns would not only be heard but would also be followed up with the concerned authorities for appropriate action.
Speaking on the occasion, Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana said that listening to people and working towards resolving their problems remains one of his key responsibilities. He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, the Punjab Government is committed to improving civic infrastructure, strengthening public services, and ensuring people-centric governance. He assured the residents that all issues falling within his jurisdiction would be pursued for early resolution.
