Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana met residents from different parts of SAS Nagar Mohali at his office to hear their concerns and discuss issues affecting their localities. The interaction provided citizens with an opportunity to directly present their grievances and suggestions, reflecting the Municipal Corporation’s commitment to accessible and responsive governance.
During the meeting, residents from various sectors and villages of Mohali highlighted a range of civic issues related to roads, sanitation, drainage, street lighting, water supply, cleanliness, and other municipal services. Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana listened patiently to each representation and reviewed the concerns raised by the residents, assuring them that every genuine issue would receive due attention.
The Mayor emphasised that regular interaction with citizens is an essential part of effective local governance. Such meetings help the administration understand ground-level challenges, identify priority areas, and ensure that civic services are improved in line with the needs of the people. He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, the Punjab Government is committed to strengthening urban infrastructure and delivering citizen-centric public services across the state. He added that every concern raised by residents would be examined sincerely and that the Municipal Corporation would continue working to improve the quality of life for people across Mohali.
