Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana chaired a comprehensive meeting with officials and councillors of the Municipal Corporation, SAS Nagar Mohali, to discuss the city’s development priorities and strengthen coordination for future civic projects. The meeting focused on identifying key areas for improvement and creating a shared roadmap for the planned growth of Mohali.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on various aspects of urban development, including civic infrastructure, sanitation, road maintenance, drainage, public amenities, environmental improvements, and the delivery of municipal services. Officials and councillors shared their views and suggestions based on the needs of different wards, ensuring that local priorities were reflected in the planning process.
Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana listened to the suggestions put forward by the participants and appreciated the constructive approach adopted by both officials and elected representatives. He said that the development of Mohali requires teamwork, transparency, and continuous coordination between the Municipal Corporation administration and councillors. He said that the Municipal Corporation will work collectively to implement development projects that improve the quality of life for residents. He added that with the cooperation of officials, councillors, and citizens, every effort will be made to make Mohali one of the most beautiful, clean, and well-planned cities in Punjab. The meeting reflected the Municipal Corporation’s commitment to collaborative governance and long-term urban planning.
