Under the Chief Minister’s pilgrimage initiative, Mohali MLA Kulwant Singh flagged off the 10th bus carrying devotees from Sector 80, Mohali, to Sri Harmandir Sahib.
The initiative is aimed at facilitating pilgrimage visits for residents, especially senior citizens, by providing organized travel arrangements and necessary support. The scheme enables devotees to undertake spiritual journeys with ease and dignity.
On the occasion, the MLA interacted with the pilgrims and extended his best wishes for a safe and fulfilling journey. Residents appreciated the initiative, noting that it provides an opportunity to visit sacred places without financial or logistical challenges. The program reflects the Punjab government’s focus on welfare initiatives that support citizens while also strengthening cultural and religious connections
