MLA Kulwant Singh attended a Kirtan Darbar organized at Gurdwara Sahib in Sector 71, Mohali, to mark the victory of S. Bachchan Singh Boparai in the Municipal Corporation Mohali elections from Ward No. 38. The religious gathering was held as an expression of gratitude to Guru Sahib Ji, bringing together members of the sangat, local residents, and well-wishers to seek blessings and celebrate the occasion in a spirit of humility and community service.
