Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana attended the Antim Ardas of respected Sardarni Avtar Kaur Bhalla Ji at Gurdwara Sahib, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Phase 2, Mohali. She had recently passed away, leaving the family and members of the community in deep grief.
During the prayer ceremony, Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana paid obeisance at the Gurdwara Sahib and joined the family and congregation in praying for the peace of the departed soul. He also met the bereaved family members and conveyed his heartfelt condolences to them during this difficult period.
The Mayor expressed his sympathy with the family and said that the loss of a loved one leaves a deep void that cannot easily be filled. He prayed that the Almighty grant eternal peace to Sardarni Avtar Kaur Bhalla Ji and give the family the strength and courage to bear the loss.
Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana said that standing alongside families during times of grief is an important part of community life. Such moments bring people together and remind society of the importance of compassion, support, and solidarity with those facing personal loss.
Speaking on the occasion, Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana said that he prayed to the Almighty to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and give the bereaved family strength to overcome their grief. He expressed his deepest condolences to every member of the Bhalla family and prayed for their well-being and courage during this difficult time. The visit reflected Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana’s continued engagement with residents and the wider community of SAS Nagar Mohali.
