Congress Councillor Harjit Singh Bholu Joins Aam Aadmi Party Along with Supporters in Mohali

MLA Kulwant Singh welcomes Councillor Harjit Singh Bholu and several local leaders into the Aam Aadmi Party during a joining programme in Mohali.

A political joining programme was held in Mohali on 4 August 2026, during which Harjit Singh Bholu, Municipal Councillor (MC) from Ward No. 30, joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) along with his team and supporters. The joining was announced in the presence of MLA Kulwant Singh, who welcomed the new members into the party.

According to the announcement made during the programme, Harjit Singh Bholu decided to join the Aam Aadmi Party after expressing confidence in the Punjab Government’s development-oriented governance and public welfare initiatives under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann.

Several local leaders and supporters also joined the Aam Aadmi Party on the occasion, including Master Sukhdev Singh, Dildar Singh Billu, Shingara Sohana, Prem Singh, Jagdeep Singh, Ramandeep Sohana, and Gagandeep Singh Bari. Their induction was welcomed by party representatives and workers present at the event.

Addressing the gathering, MLA Kulwant Singh welcomed all the new members and expressed confidence that their experience and participation would further strengthen the party’s outreach in the constituency.
