Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana visited Dheer Park in Sector 64, SAS Nagar Mohali, where he met with local residents to discuss civic issues, development priorities, and the future needs of the area. The interaction was organised with the support of Shiromani writer Santokh Singh Ji, who invited the Mayor to engage directly with the residents and understand the challenges faced by the community.
During the meeting, residents of Dheer Park shared their concerns regarding various civic issues and put forward several suggestions aimed at improving the overall development of the sector. Discussions focused on local infrastructure, municipal services, cleanliness, road maintenance, public amenities, and other issues affecting the daily lives of the residents. Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana listened carefully to every suggestion and assured the gathering that their concerns would receive due attention.
The Mayor said that regular interaction with residents is an important part of effective and transparent governance. Such meetings provide valuable insights into the issues faced at the grassroots level and help the Municipal Corporation plan development works according to the actual needs of the people. He added that public participation is essential for building better neighbourhoods and ensuring that civic services continue to improve across Mohali.
Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana appreciated the constructive suggestions shared by the residents and thanked them for their active involvement in the development of their locality. He assured them that every issue falling within the jurisdiction of the Municipal Corporation would be taken up with the concerned departments and that sincere efforts would be made to find practical and timely solutions.

He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, the Punjab Government is committed to strengthening civic infrastructure, improving public services, and ensuring balanced development across Mohali.
