Paver block installation work has commenced in Ward No. 40, Sector 77, SAS Nagar Mohali, under the leadership of Municipal Councillor Bibi Kamaljit Kaur Ji. The development initiative is aimed at improving local civic infrastructure by providing better pedestrian pathways, enhancing the appearance of public spaces, and making the area safer and more convenient for residents.
Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana welcomed the commencement of the project and said that the installation of paver blocks is an important step towards upgrading neighbourhood infrastructure and improving the quality of civic amenities. Well-developed walkways and public spaces not only enhance accessibility but also contribute to a cleaner, more organised urban environment.
The Mayor said that the Municipal Corporation is committed to carrying out development works across all wards based on local requirements.
