A Lok Milni programme was organised in Jhampur village of SAS Nagar Mohali on 27 June 2026, where MLA Kulwant Singh met with local residents, listened to their concerns, and inaugurated a new rainwater drainage pipeline project. The initiative is aimed at improving drainage infrastructure in the village and addressing waterlogging issues, reflecting the Punjab Government’s continued focus on strengthening rural civic amenities under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
During the public interaction, residents from Jhampur shared various local issues and development-related concerns.
