Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana visited the Kanwar Yatri Camp at village Daidi, Mohali, organised to provide assistance and basic facilities to devotees undertaking the Kanwar Yatra. During the visit, he met the organisers and appreciated their efforts to support pilgrims travelling through the area.
The camp has been arranged with facilities including medical assistance and langar, providing essential support to Kanwar Yatris during their journey. The initiative aims to ensure that devotees travelling through the region have access to food, rest, and basic medical care whenever required.
During his visit, Mayor Sarabjeet Singh Samana interacted with the organisers and volunteers and took information about the arrangements being made for the pilgrims. He appreciated their efforts and the spirit of community service behind the camp, particularly the provision of medical facilities and langar for devotees.
