Dr. Ginni Dugal, the respected mother of District Education Officer Sardarni Surinder Kaur Dugal, passed away recently. The antim ardas was attended by family members, relatives, and members of the local community, who gathered to pay their final respects and offer prayers for the departed soul.
Kulwant Singh met the family members and conveyed his sympathies during this time of grief. He prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and strength for the family to bear the loss.
